2026 Studio Tour Guidelines 
 
  1. The 2026 Art of the Lakes Studio Tour is scheduled for July 17-19, 2026. Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10 - 5 pm, Sunday 10 - 3 pm. Sunday is optional. 
  2. We encourage studios with multiple participating artists to adhere to the same open hours for all artists. 
  3. Only 2026 Art of the Lakes Members can participate in the Studio Tour. Participants need not be gallery displaying artists. Become a Member. 
  4. Only one artist under a Family Membership can participate in the tour. If two artists in the family wish to participate, they must each carry a separate individual AOTL membership.
  5. Participating artists must be 18 years of age or older.
  6. Representatives of venues not owned by participating artists, i.e., Off the Wall, Henning Landmark Center, Evansville Art Center, etc., must register for the tour. Venue Representatives are required to be 2026 AOTL members prior to registering. This helps AOTL include Venue Representatives in all relevant communications. 
  7. Tour participants will pay to AOTL a 20% commission on sales up to $1500 and a 10% commission on any additional sales made during the tour. This commission is taken off the pre-tax price. Commissions shall be paid to AOTL within the week following the Tour. 
  8. IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of tour venues to only display and sell work created by registered AOTL tour members during the tour. All other artists’ works must be removed.
  9. Artists shall be present throughout the tour except for breaks as needed. It is recommended that artists enlist a backup to be present when the artist isn’t available. 
  10. Each studio owner and Venue Representative should indicate the number of directional signs needed when registering for the tour. We will do our best to fulfill your request. All signs must be returned to the AOTL gallery after the tour is over. 
  11. Artists should plan to attend the follow-up meeting in the gallery on the first Monday morning following the Studio Tour.
  12. Deadline for registration is March 15, 2026.​
