CAC Maker Studios

Maker studios allow you to practice your artistic pursuits in an economical and fun way.

CAC Maker Studios are available on a punch-card basis, with 4-Use and 12-Use options. AOTL members qualify for discounted pricing.
Your punch card lets you use any of the maker studios during published CAC hours, subject to availability. Just contact us to get on the schedule!

  • Pottery wheels, work tables, kiln, storage racks, hand tools
  • Accommodates up to three wheel-throwing ceramic artists at a time
  • Kiln Firing service provided
  • Glazes and clay available for purchase
  • Intro classes or studio orientation with studio manager's approval required​

​The Creative Arts Center is an exciting new space in the heart of Battle Lake! This is a place where community meets creativity, and where almost any sort of artistic expression is possible! All are welcome.
Relax in our Community Lounge
​​The Lounge is the perfect spot for meeting up, chilling out and stoking your creative energy! It's open to the public during CAC hours, with free coffee and WiFi available.

Get Creative in our Maker Studios 
Maker studio spaces are available for rent on a punch-card basis. Each studio has been outfitted with professional-level tools and equipment, with room for one or more makers at a time. 

We're starting with ceramics and fiber arts, and have plans for more in the future.

Rent Event and Meeting Space
Need a small or large venue for your event or meeting? The CAC has a variety of facilities available for rent on an as-needed basis:
  • Auditorium with hardwood floor for dance, theater, music, events, yoga and more. 
  • Community hall for meetings, gatherings, classes and more. Adjacent to an expansive kitchen. 
  • A culinary kitchen for meal prep, catering, culinary classes
  • Three meeting rooms / classrooms for smaller gatherings​
