Thursday, February 13, 1:00-4:30 pm Creative Arts Center $10 will give you access to pottery wheels for throwing, clay tools for hand building (clay is extra but cheap), art supplies for creating Valentines and Galentines, comfy chairs for knitting, stitching, gathering & chatting, and free coffee to boot! Bring a project or start one. Some art materials will be available—they just need your creativity. Make some memories with your gal-friends by celebrating your friendship at the CAC. No experience required. Potluck Dinner and Project Time

The Art of Chocolate Truffles
Friday, February 14, 3-5 pm Creative Arts Center $55/$60 Member/Non-Member Truffles! What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than treating yourself to an afternoon making rich, luscious, chocolate truffles! What unique creations you don't eat in class, you'll take home to be enjoyed later. We’ll begin with a brief intro to the history of chocolate, a chocolate tasting, and then we’ll make our own unique variety of truffles! We’re thinking of Cocoa, Cappuccino, Spicy Mayan, Caramel, and Peanut Butter as strong contenders. All supplies and equipment are included in the fee. Chocolate can be messy, so wear short sleeves, and if you have long hair you may want to tie it back. THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 48 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS. FREE Social Dance

Fiber Arts Group: 1-3 pm or 5-7 pm Winter's a great time to gather and enjoy the company of other like-minded fiber folk! Bring a project to work on. Free coffee and good company. Free to AOTL Members and only $10 a time for Non-Members. (Now's a great time to become a member). |
