July 24: Plein Air in OilsScott Lloyd Anderson (bio)Scott will do a short demo describing how to start a painting in the field. All successful paintings begin with a good start. Emphasis will be on simplifying what we see, for as we know, it can be very chaotic out there. We’ll be using primary colors to appreciate how half the battle is on our palette. Scott hopes to impress attendees on how it's the scene's values that create the light effect, not color. We're in Minnesota after all. We're tonalists!
